我对温度不太有概念,不过Seattle这里室内的水真暖和。原来我们学校的游泳池,一

心得:最近发现自己flip turn 以后滑行距离增加,原来出水时头肩差不多在5米线正
下方,最近时常超越5米线大半个身位。 昨天琢磨出来貌似是因为最近蹬壁以后采用侧身滑行,而不是立刻转到俯卧位置。今天的练习,教练反复强化侧身dolphin kick, 强调flip turn以后要侧身打水。这与我自己的体会吻合。以后会多巩固练习。现在在平
衡感和位置感上还欠缺,包括容易游斜线,还有不清楚离水面的距离。
