是的,LZ身材本来就很好,但还是能看得出变化的。
我觉得最吸引人的就是那个什么肚子深深的陷下去 然后盆骨突出来 我哪辈子能那样???

去年夏末开始锻炼,冬季停了,春季又开始,夏天又停了,然后这个秋季又开始

昨天试了一下印度gg给我的DVD。妈呀,太累了。45分钟的program,我做了20分钟就累趴下了。草草收场。本来还想做callanetics的。
以后要先做卡兰,再做这个。
印度GG的CD,有办法share不?很想瞧一瞧~
感冒了,脚踝也有点不适感,决定放弃跑步只游泳。
游泳55min,1500m。
sauna 15min 希望感冒好的快点
晚上十点不到就睡了,11点多难受哼哼醒来,量了体温,正常,又卧倒~~~鼻塞不爽~~~终于睡着~~~
感冒症状加重,还是决定去游泳池发发汗!!

蒸桑拿10min,过瘾啊~~
晚上感冒症状更严重了
终于确定感冒时游泳蒸桑拿是个馊主意了

不过顺道称了一下体重,这已经7天没动窝了,体重和10天前比,居然下降了一点:113斤吧,
上一次称重是11月8号114.2大概。

唉我已经从GYM回来啦,在那里纠结了一会,最后决定只sauna洗澡,然后就回来了~~

惭愧惭愧~~~~我给了自己太多理由,先是脚踝不适接着感冒随即大姨妈来访一共歇了7天,后来
整个周末都在放纵,延续到了周一,最后一天的理由是衣服穿得不够多晚上从GYM出来会冷,已经
整整10天没有运动了~~~~现在穿了加厚的秋裤并且换上了羽绒服,没有理由了,今天一定去~~~~

休息了无数天后终于开工了
jogging 55min 7.13 km, burn off 441cal
stretching 20min
swimming 1000m 用时34min12秒
头一次 在55分钟内跑了超过7km
头一次游泳1000m耗时小于35分钟 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~发帖纪念, oh yeah~~~~
问题是:为什么我现在一游泳皮肤就刺痒难忍?
上次发生是从十一月初开始,主要是小腿和小胳膊,长了细小的红色疙瘩,
后来越来越多,并且很痒,我不停地挠,挠破了都结痂了,后来停止游泳
第二三天就见好,第四五天就一点也不痒了,后来结痂脱落就恢复如初了。
到昨天为止,已经有十七天没有游泳了,昨天洗完澡后穿了衣服,小腿上
那种痒痒的感觉就很强了,我一直忍着没挠再说在路上我也没法挠。后来
到家换了睡衣睡裤,发现小腿正面皮肤下头仔细摸的话又能感觉到细细的
疙瘩。上次也是从小腿正面开始向大腿和胳膊扩散的,不知道这次会不会
也扩散。
我的同事也在这个GYM办的卡,他就一点事儿也没有。我不知道这是过敏还是怎么着?
传染病应该不是,要不然不能号的这么快也不会再次发作得这么快吧?
我游泳都有十年了,以前从来没有发生过这种情况。

Nomad我看了你们那个巨婴帮的帖子了。我应该是其中最矮最重的啊。不过我还在犹豫要不要加入。那几个mm定的目标有点把我吓坏了。我骨架大,成年以后最轻是115磅,当然现在就更超标了。
啊?哇哈哈,我找到同病相怜的了,我成年以后最轻110lb,去年高峰是139磅。
当时有一次我发给一个两三年不见的同学的一张照片,她说:你不是找了一张最肥的
来吓唬我的吧?其实我是挑了一张看起来还不算肥的给她的~~~~

咱矮个子要是没有腰,真是彻底悲催了~~~
