I spoke to the Sheriffs before they killed her and I said that force is not the only answer. Please wait for a Psychologist but they chose to go in without dialog. I am so sad because she did not need to die yesterday. 而且其实第一个送eviction的警察上司还赶过来了，在门外还挺平静的说自己不是坏人，叫她把刀放下来开门。里面各种大喊。 把事件升级的其实不是警察，而是物业经理和水管工，他俩过来跟警察说头一天这个女士拿刀就威胁过他们。这个时候警察觉得这不是单纯的抗拒法庭通知，而是用致命武器威胁公共安全，所以叫了更多的警察过来准备逮捕她。
真是悲剧，当时没有任何一个人知道她精神不正常，这种不正常可能不是一天两天了，这也是孤苦伶仃的一个人吧，非常可怜。警察不知道她精神不正常，只是按照暴力袭击警察应对，造成悲剧。

yan的房子欠了3万多的物业费。物业把这欠费作为债务卖给另外一个投资公司了。另外一个投资公司拿着欠费找法院出了一张eviction令，警察拿着eviction零去找yan让她搬出去。yan有精神病不搬但是警察不知道(不过hoa肯定知道,然而很难举证）。警察最后在混乱中打死了yan。警察的录像表明警察无责。
hoa的出纳会计，曾经反对把那3万多的yan的债务卖给投资公司，但hoa没有按照规定执行。卖了。hoa有责任但是这个责任很轻，只是没有执行hoa自己定的规矩。
我做个预测，最后这个房子还是会被投资公司收走。
这件事情是个悲剧，但很多人都有责任。首先儿子有责任，然后hoa，然后警察。然而在这个法律环境下，这些责任都是免责的。

之前看新闻报道这个事件，以为是她主动袭警，警察没有选择只有开枪，直到看到那个叫James的人在Nextdoor上披露内情的帖子。
都是些什么人啊？HOA和management的人贪婪自私，为了钱不顾廉耻。我在想如果知道最后是她被警察开枪打死这个结局，那个manager和工人还会主动跑去和警察说她前一天拿刀威胁他们吗？正常理智的人，哪怕稍微有一点点同理心，看到她的状况都会联系她的亲人或医院，让她获得帮助。
另一个感想，那个James真的是个善良正直的人，竭尽全力帮助她，甚至提出帮她支付3万多块的HOA dues, 让她度过发病的艰难时刻。他直到最后一刻还劝说警察，甚至提出自己和Yan Li谈谈，但警察没有同意。唉，正因为有James这样的人，让人觉得美国还有希望。
