赞成楼主说的，李女士估计在这个过程中也非常不容易。尽管大多数人的观点还是觉得李女士的处理有很大问题，当时应该无条件服从警察。我突然想到假如这个事情发生在中国，应该很快成为全国性事件，估计很多在这的人都义愤填膺的批评政府警察了。

不懂 evict order。警察是需要看着这个女的离开？还是送完order就可以离开，给这女的多少天离开？那个女的只是拿着刀开了门，也没用刀威胁警察。如果是送完order就完事了，那警察纯属于没事找事给自己加戏。如果是像楼上说的，本来没事了，然后物业经理和修水管的说这个女的拿着刀威胁他们了，警察回头来执法。然后被告知，女的有精神病，需要专业的team来处理或者有人volunteer去处理，警察都置之不理，坚持要闯进人家家执法。拿警察100%的责任。即便女的以前有过威胁别人，但是当时是自己一个人在家里，门是锁着的，不存在威胁任何人生命安全的问题。警察是不可以直接闯入的。

出警就意味着生命未知数，所以不放下武器，不开门 警察就会非常紧张。 不知道房内会是什么，几个人，还有其他的未知因素。 甚至会不会对整个社区造成影响 （毒品，炸药，许多未知，被害人自杀诸多可能） 这是警察继续叫警力的原因。

正常人的操作是先付了欠款。 就算收了房也不是说她的equity全没了，而且那家收债公司会拍卖她的房子，拍到的价钱扣除欠款，手续费后，有多的还会还给她的。不过拍卖的价肯定比市场价低很多了，所以正常人肯定先付了欠款，实在没钱自己卖房
