我身边发生的案列就是白人，因为圣诞期间家庭纠纷家人报警，他当时在修家电，手上拿的是扳手，结果也是悲剧收场。没有拿到任何政府赔偿。

我在医院看到过几起大吼大叫的人，绑在床上还在大吼大叫也不知道在说啥。问护士，护士说是进来治疗枪伤的。估计警察都这么干。不会用催泪瓦斯。
这就是文化差异，中国警察的职责有居委会大妈的职责。美国居委会大妈职责是分开的，一般由社工担任。警察的职责直接是执法机器，遇到冲突一般都暴力制服，不跟人啰嗦。 国内现场可以直接跟警察诉苦，警察有时候还劝当事人。举一个简单的例子，大家就能很快了解中美警察的职责差异：比如家暴报警，中国警察大部分还如同居委会大妈或者妇联大妈一样劝和。美国警察一般遇到家暴报案就直接拷走，劝说什么的都是社工的事。
在国内跟警察有冲突可以吵架，气性大的大妈还可以动手。在美国跟警察诉苦抱怨吵架各种不服这个环节一般是事后跟法院appeal.
美国法律规定袭击正在执法的警察是重罪，一般对民众的希望是配合警察执法，不服时候可以去法庭讲理。

据说头一天已经拿刀威胁过修水管的工人。

警犬不是普通狗哈，警犬执法的时候也是officer, 其实都是袭警。不过没看出来专门袭的是警犬，而且拿的刀好像也不是小刀，挺大的一刀。

我理解是她欠hoa钱，hoa放了lien，要卖她房子讨债。我不知道hoa可以不可以，欠政府税肯定可以，我有个同事家里就投资这种生意，能很便宜买到政府拍卖的房子，但是驱逐住户，收到房子，防着以后对方来破坏，是买家自己负责。我那个同事家族从来自己不出面，他们买佛罗里达那边的房子，都是雇人出面处理，他说有危险的。有些前房主逼急了啥事儿都可能。房子真收到时，往往也被破坏得很厉害，雇人处理，维修房子，要投不少钱。
国内警察是用个长叉子对付用刀的
