我的两个order里所有小样都被cancel了,不过更有意思的是拉毛把这两个order合到一起寄了,看来真的焦头烂额了。

我的包裹除了正装的付钱的东西,只有一个估计3ml左右的infusion, 如果有封信什么的说下sample没有了也算有诚意,这种做法太差劲了。
估计退回去还有自己出邮费,购物不开心的经历在这边还真是比较少体会到。以后他家再怎么好也不买了,什么呀
别看了,根本不会有奇迹的~~我昨天收到的,人不在家,今天我直接送到UPS STORE 说REFUSE这个包裹,他们看了一下就收下了,很简单的,但是没给收据啥的~~

我的order昨晚ship了,今天打电话问,客服说把我的名字加到sample request里,但是以后补寄给我的小样可能和那个三件套不一样,因为他们现在还没有更多的information。

而且头2单还是合在一起寄的,我打算留第二单,今早打电话去要回邮的label,cs的态度不好不说,她自己也承认他们不应该把2个order放一个package寄, 但是就不给label,让我自己寄回去,后来发了一通火,才说48-72小时发到email,谁知道能不能收到
我把credit card lock了,头两单charge钱了,以为后两单就直接给cancelled了呗,结果都寄出来了,没charge,有一单的状态还是cancelled(他们cancelled的),结果他家还是给寄出来了, 更可恨的我在家等refuse ups,结果也不敲门就扔到阳台了,网上还出现

今天刚收到了cyber monday订的货,Delux Three Piece Introduction 和另外一个小样都被cancel了而且包裹是2号才寄出来的。但是奇怪的是同来的还有另外一个包裹,里面是一个1oz的refining facial和两个小的silver snake-embossed cosmetic bag(空的)。这是什么动静啊?难道这另外的三个小东西是取代那个三件套样品么?不是说两到三周才会寄到替代品么-怎么会这么快?
