feel much better after nice sleep...

好像看到一眼这个jj没在工作?可能也算保养的一条
我要到40岁能有她的状态我就满意了~~~争取40岁之前退休or just work for fun...

5.11 今天去gym蹦达了一下, 15' 椭圆机, 1h cardio class
上周末用step recorder测了一下, 发现我每天来回那么走来走去, 消耗卡路里的效率真的只比在gym低一点点。 不过, 去gym让人愉快,在lab就不是那么回事儿了。

上周只运动了两次,可能每次量有点多,比如周三跑了40MIN,又打了一个小时的网球, 晚上就有点不舒服了,真是不服老不行啊, 连痛痛快快的运动都不能由着性子来了。
看来以后只好细水长流了。

今天做了20MIN 的登山机,20MIN的ABS+PILATE.

same feeling...我以前去一次gym可以折腾快两小时,现在总是一小时就出来--当然也是因为时间不够。。。

看来真是不能吃太咸了,上次周末出去吃了2次都吃咸了,结果长了4磅,到那个周五才消下去;
这个周末出去吃的2次有1次是咸的,结果长了2磅,不过昨天睡了一长觉,今天早上就消下去了。。。
