今天做了20MIN 的登山机,20MIN的ABS+PILATE.
May week 1: Tue May 4 - Mon May 10
eatout once/零食1300cal:黑枣/红枣(800), almond puff(500)
ellip: 35-45min x 4 / outdoor walk 1hr x 1
May week 2: Tue May 11 - Mon May 17
eatout twice/零食900cal:chestnuts(400cal),cookie(200cal), ice cream(100cal) black dates(200cal)
ellip: 35-45min x 4 / outdoor walk 35min x 1, walk/run 45min x 2
gym: ellip 35min+(350cal); WT 15min: (glute, seated fly)15x2, tricep pull 15x2; stretch 10min+
零食so far: whole milk shake/ice cream 150cal, chocolate 100cal, chestnuts 300cal, 黑枣150cal

上周只运动了两次,可能每次量有点多,比如周三跑了40MIN,又打了一个小时的网球, 晚上就有点不舒服了,真是不服老不行啊, 连痛痛快快的运动都不能由着性子来了。看来以后只好细水长流了。 今天做了20MIN 的登山机,20MIN的ABS+PILATE.
same feeling...我以前去一次gym可以折腾快两小时,现在总是一小时就出来--当然也是因为时间不够。。。
这个周末出去吃的2次有1次是咸的,结果长了2磅,不过昨天睡了一长觉,今天早上就消下去了。。。
