Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 3 sets, 10 reps - 25 lbs each hand
Leg Quad Seated Curl: 3 sets, 10 reps - 70-80 lbs
Slope Situp: 100 reps
Abs: 8 Mins

我最近搬了新家,还在慢慢的settling down中~
也去了几次健身房,但是体重已经长了好多了,不好意思说,嘻嘻~
