Yes my trainer told me most people over train. He always asks me to rest after both days of weight training. I used to like the idea because I don't want to go to the gym the next day whatsoever. Now I am more used to work out, I feel bad for "not losing fat" on rest days...

As a general rule, you want to be very conservative when in your shoes with how much CNS-intensive work you do! I see a lot of people who are already pretty lean trying to get leaner, and they do some ridiculous amount of weight training and HIIT cardio sessions while dieting. And they do it on a daily basis! How wrong is that!! Rest day is just as important as those working out day!~~~~~"
so after that talk, 我又做了30个push up, 就乐滋滋滴回家了~~~let's call it my "rest day"!

Now she is back in Brazil.

100% agreed! Most of the PTs are NG! They provide the tip of the iceburg, if that. All they're really for is proof that you can legally train someone.... and that I'd have to question even. Truth is, again, 自己明白才不会被忽悠!真正的"大师"凤毛麟角。

No, I don't go there ... As the closest one to where I live is an hour away~~~. But I did hear some good stuff about equinox. But I prefer 1:1 private lesson, so a great PT is much more important than a great gym...

that's why I quit coffee....我身边也有很多朋友喝惯了咖啡,一不喝就头疼。
而且我喝咖啡或者任何和cinnamon有关的食物都会长痘痘。。。
本来早上是ice coffee,目前早已换成tea了,坚持不喝一段时间就没有想喝的念头了。

我基本上只是上班,灌水,只给自己做饭,看点电影,看点书。就这样就累了,一天到晚都困。你一直就这么精力旺盛吗?我多抗几个哑铃会不会就好了?上次说我运动以后打哈欠,恶心。最近就这一次,不过我从小就这样,跑个800米有时候就会这样。我想起来,曾经有医生说我间歇性的低血压。可能不是没吃够,不是动太多,还是先天的。

我基本上只是上班,灌水,只给自己做饭,看点电影,看点书。就这样就累了,一天到晚都困。你一直就这么精力旺盛吗?我多抗几个哑铃会不会就好了?上次说我运动以后打哈欠,恶心。最近就这一次,不过我从小就这样,跑个800米有时候就会这样。我想起来,曾经有医生说我间歇性的低血压。可能不是没吃够,不是动太多,还是先...... 我也低效率 :-( 想通了。不勉强,尽人事,知天意就好

请教姐姐~~~每天fat的百分比摄入应该是多少??p90x里面说是20%,但我看protein的增加也难免会让fat增加,还有人说是30%,到底哪个是正确的呢?
我不按百分比算。每天尽量保证50-100grams fat as minimum. fat跟fat有很多不同,try to eat those "good/heatlthy"fat.
