For instance, if you run for marathon, then focus on your running performance, and your body will look like elite marathon runner at then end~~~.
This way, it's a lot less stressful not worrying about every pound or % of body fat or BMI...Rather, it's fun to focus on getting better at what you really enjoy doing.

今天试了一下举5LB 哑铃,上下抬举还可以,手臂平行上下举的时候就不行。。。我想我应该是muscle growth,但是想先把手臂的肥肉减掉再上肌肉,不然增肌再减脂的话担心会把肌肉也减去了。平时大家都用多重的哑铃啊??无风平时做pull up吗?? P90X里面有那个pull up练习,但要买那个挂门上的pull up bar,有必要买吗??

顺序无所谓的。不过建议你主攻腿部wt时,最好和跑步分开做。减少伤病chance...
