2.Cardio Ballet: 1hr 又回到第一个studio, 对芭蕾魔怔了,两个stuido一起跳。训练重点有所不同,这一个更偏重有氧。
3.终于去了lulu, 心甘情愿滴跳坑,先进了三套,上下都是2号。 赶脚她家的衣服的质量和穿上身的效果真是大大高于我原来的想象~~~就是价格太不美好! 下周看看能不能拍lulu照!! 穿lulu是打造美腿翘臀的绝对鸡血!稍微难看一点都暴露无遗~~~嗯。。穿!跳!拍!

说句实在话,这个嫩可以记本上,无论多少年以后都不过期:

我做compound exercise 一般多用barbell。。。练背部的时候多用器械。不听音乐,纯折腾:)
对,circuit 都是以前PT带我时的套路,短平快,intensity 其实不低。

没有哑铃,基本都是body weight, glute and quads 那肯定算weight training了, 上半身差着。 芭蕾是塑形,特别对臀腿,但是要靠它减肥和增肌,几乎不可能。

恩, 我也觉得是...不过也不排除很多人希望可以速成省力...只要排除这种"急功近利"心理, 其实不管啥, 只要坚持都比啥都不干强.
