请教一个退休 acct contribution 问题。

403B 2021 max contribution $19,500. 因为换工作， (Employer 政策) vacation buyout $17,000 全进 403B。  2021 的 limits  等于超 出 1万多，即便剩余的几个月不扣除正常的 contribution amt.

超出的怎么算？ 违IRS 规， 还是可以 deferred 到2022？   谢谢

记得401k是可以在年底之前要求plan administrator把多放的钱拿出来。

否则有罚金。坐等专家评论一下403b的情况。

employer buy out多放的部分是个人contribution还是公司contribution？

如果是个人contribution，年底前要拿出来，包括由此产生的收益。

如果是公司contribution，就没超额，不用取出来。

你雇主明年一月份给你W2里面都应该算好了。17000像工资一样预扣了税。
