嗯,差不多一个星期运动六次的样子。
跳大妈操完全是没法去gym时的代替,等孩子睡了做起来方便。我感觉还可以,动作简单易follow.
1运动量最大,每次都出汗,应该算有氧。2,3都是针对上肢, 4针对腹部,如果有时间1再加上2/3/4中的一个应该效果不错,没时间做一套应该也起到伸伸胳膊动动腿的目的,只要动起来了就比躺着坐着好~~~~~~
