Cycling is my favorite class,汗珠噼里啪啦的往下掉,感觉有成就感。Cardio减脂应该是全身减的,不光是腿部,而且你的腰腹也用力呀。。。。 Thanks! Just did some research, seems Cycling IS a very good Cadio class. cycling+abs will be a very good combination~~~~~~~~~

Snack: 大个葡萄6个,苹果半个
晚餐: 老公儿子又外卖快餐,偶拒绝。回家打扫剩菜,不小心又做了垃圾桶:鸡翅炖土豆海带香菇(翅根两个,翅中两个,土豆5大块,海带1cup,香菇2个),藕片25+片,茄子西红柿2cup,吃完了一个多小时肚子还涨的很(难道胃真的小了?),又喝了一杯prune juice
运动: 睡觉之前做了一套郑多燕4

Snack: 1 mid fuji apple (90cal)
午餐: 1 strawberry yogurt (170cal), 1 small cucumber (20cal), 3 baby carrots (15cal), 4 grape tomatos (15cal)
Snack: 1 blueberry yogurt (170cal), 6 baby carrots (30cal), 1 small apple (70cal)
Drink: 绿茶,普洱茶
晚餐: 一大碗水煮白菜,5个水煮虾,这些是计划内。后来老公儿子在后院烤肉,我没忍住,吃了两串羊肉串,一串鸡肉串,总的还算节制

l checked my weight history, every weekend, no exception, 1.2 - 4lb (avg about 2lb) rising. Now I accept the fact, just try to make this increase as low as possible~~~~~~~

早餐: 柚子蜜一杯 (50cal), 煮鸡蛋一个 (78cal), 核桃花生芝麻糊一杯(150cal?),豆沙包一个(220cal),绿豆薏仁粥一碗(30cal?)
Snack: cherries 20+ (100cal+)
午餐: 超大韭菜盒子2个 (520cal) -- 吃完非常饱,看来以后这么大的韭菜盒子一个就好了
Snack: none, still very full till 5pm, had too much for breakfast and lunch, will have light dinner
Drink: 绿茶,普洱茶
晚餐: 虽然没有暴饮暴食,全家一起吃饭还是很难做到light dinner。绿豆薏仁汤一碗,水煮白菜一小盆,川菜打包的水煮鱼1.5cup,羊肉串2串,鸡肉串1串,樱桃5个
运动: 8min abs + 8min buns +郑多燕1 +8min stretch + 100 crunches
