The Benefits
Muscle toning is a major advantage of yoga, and a very significant one for weight loss. Jennifer's Cardio
Before her yoga routine, Jennifer also does a 22-minute cardio session on her elliptical trainer, which includes a warm-up. Once she is warmed up, she follows a pattern of a one-minute high intensity spell alternated with a two-minute moderate intensity recovery spell. This is known as interval training.

Resistance Training
Mandy also reveals just how much Jennifer loves to run. Often she does 10-15 minute runs on her treadmill, at a 5.7 mph pace and 1.5 incline. The incline adds resistance, and this form of resistance training not only improves cardiovascular fitness, but also muscle power. If you don't have a treadmill, don't worry, because you don't necessarily need one. You can replicate such a workout by running uphill anywhere near your home, or by simply climbing stairs.

normally, celebrities add num to their weight since they dont want to be portraited as underweight. I think she is about 115-120.
