哈哈,大家都开始学烧菜,看来要背离我们减肥的初衷了不过实际上我觉得什么东西都可以吃一点,只要有节制就好,像我以前一晚上就吃一罐哈根达斯,不胖才怪呢。。。羊排(包括lamp chop或者是带肋骨的那种,很大的那种leg太厚了不太适合)就是买来洗干净,然后拿腌料抹一遍(我就是用的超市里面那种烤牛排的腌料,叫什么Montreal steak seasoning,别的牌子也可以,再来点料酒,黑胡椒和白胡椒粉),放冰箱几个小时到过夜,第二天拿出来,正反贴上点切片的大蒜和切碎的parsley(没有也可以)。烤箱预热400F左右,cast iron锅(因为这个锅可以直接进烤箱,没有的话就用一般锅然后转移到烤盘里)抹点油,把羊排正反各煎1-2分钟,然后连锅带肉放烤箱里大约烤10-15分钟,取决于羊排的厚度以及你们喜欢吃的生熟程度。拿出来放几分钟,然后就可以吃啦。写了这么一大段,实际上特别简单。
没有违背初衷,我减肥的目的是为了以后能吃更多好吃得也不怕。

早餐:吃了几个豆沙汤圆(真是好久没有吃汤圆了,这个热量很高,只能偶尔解解馋)
中餐:烤牛排(自己家做的,bf说比店里20多刀的都要好吃,关键是不能烤过了),凉拌茼蒿,水果是葡萄
晚餐:一点羊肉,虾皮葫芦,清炒豆苗,水果是葡萄、橙子
运动:MC了,休息
早餐:一碗牛奶+一瓷勺麦片,一个卤蛋,一根香蕉
中餐:一点羊肉,虾皮葫芦,清炒豆苗,水果是一个苹果
晚餐:一点鸡肉,西兰花,白菜,蘑菇,水果是葡萄、橙子
运动:继续休息,明天要认真锻炼啦

12月5日

I think I ate too much in the weekend.
I always feel hungry and tired. from now I have at least 1 party in the weekend until the end of this month.

忘了说了, 你上次推荐的那个瑞什么牌子的花生, 我礼拜天在惠康买了一包, 比那黄飞鸿好吃多了, 我小女儿也怕辣, 吃了好多, 可惜热量太高了。

09 SUMMMER, 我觉得你早上吃的太少了, 早饭, 和中饭吃多点,没太多问题, 要不然就会老觉得饿, 不过你晚饭吃的也不晚, 吃的7分饱没啥问题的。呵呵。

Do you know my experience is to eat less for losing weight. I know it is not healthy but it works.

晚餐:回家去寄包裹,路上饿得不行了,就跑去吃pizza,好像到美国来一共就吃过几次pizza,一个手就能数过来,罪过罪过啊

运动:去gym boot camp 45min,说来奇怪,这是本学期最后一个礼拜,我才第一次去上这个课,以前因为时间的关系都没来得及去上。结果发现这个课运动量极大,跑了无数圈,做了无数个俯卧撑,仰卧起坐,我都快趴了。。。一起上课的一个人说不记得上次这么出汗是什么时候了,我汗。。。
