我把图给你贴上吧,可以看到打过疫苗再被Omicron感染过以后对delta的中和滴度甚至变得比omicron都高。南非这个地方其实大部分人都感染过新冠了,没打过疫苗的那几个不知道谁是自然感染过的谁不是,不过看上去对delta滴度暴增的那一条橙线很可能以前感染过其他的毒株。
这就是我以前在这个帖子里面说的,Omicron和Delta的交叉中和能力在seronegative和seropositive的人群里是不一样的,所以不能简单的通过O的逃逸能力来推断两者是不是会共存

中和滴度的意思是你的血清最多稀释多少倍还能阻止病毒感染细胞,比如中和滴度是1000的话意思就是稀释到1000倍的时候正好能让病毒感染细胞的能力下降50%
如果一段时间之前打了疫苗或者感染过,体内已经有足够的记忆B细胞的话,再感染O的时候被感染的细胞和APC都会把新的抗原呈递给T细胞,然后T细胞会“训练”一些新的B细胞。但是同时老的记忆B细胞也会被大量动员起来,因为以前的特异性T细胞大部分都还能识别Omicron。这样新的B细胞会分泌针对Omicron的抗体,同时记忆B细胞也会大量分泌原有毒株的抗体,所以对delta还有其他老毒株的保护能力也提高了。另外T细胞是会不断选择B细胞的,感染新毒株之后有可能会从记忆B细胞里面分化出一些能够分泌广谱中和抗体的B细胞,这些抗体结合的是比较保守的位点,不那么怕新的突变,就是所谓的super immunity
反过来,如果以前从来没被感染过也没打过疫苗的话,你体内生成的抗体都是针对Omicron的,这些抗体结合delta的能力不会很好,这样再碰到delta又会悲剧
