请问有人了解私募基金吗

我看国内不少人买，求科普美国的私募基金。

美国不都是私募么，这是只有国内才有的说法吧？国内银行公有制发行的才有公私之分。美国就是fund

私募是指 Private Equity，不是通常意义的 Mutual Fund。

在美国SEC注册的私募要求投资人是“sophiasticated investor”, 量化的标准就是1MM以上的投资。这个标准可能前几年降了一些，但肯定是在几十万以上的
