真相本来是中美两国政府心照不宣的一个事实，板上早就讨论过n遍了。关键的一步泄露的物证即便有也早就消灭了，不然中国绝对不敢直接指控美国，第二，美国或多或少有一定责任，不然，作为石正丽的密切合作者北卡实验室，还有funding的NIH在遮掩什么？那么为什么现在拜登要重新要求出报告呢？给三个月期限其实是给中国政府的，是一种政治手段要施压中国，大概率现在有某种底下的交易，大胆猜一把是要挟习什么事情，意思是三个月期限内你不同意我的要求，那我这个报告想怎么写就怎么写了。记得前一段时间有个帖子说拜登政府认为中国现在已经完全放弃过去四十年来以贸易和合作为中心转变为以政治斗争为中心，放弃集体领导而变成集权。现在中国要开党代会了，是不是要以此报告要求专制领导人放弃核心地位，不然就会要求他作为专制政权的领导人对整个COVID-19事件负责？要不就是在经济上再要中国上贡一把。美国以军事热战还有打贸易战对付中国的成本都太高，这种政治上的施压对于美国可能成本最小了。
