I was so relieved after taking it daily for about a week, it contains two good bacteria that normally helps with bowel movement. Doesn't necessary make me go every day, but definitely pain/stress free now. Such a life saver for me! Hope it will help you too..

试过不同方法,空腹喝prune juice 对我有用,但是实在太难喝了,坚持不了
不知道是不是有什么保健品,每天吃一到两颗,就能每天大号,谢谢姐妹们推荐

Re 我好像以前也看过这个说法,如果楼主不是那种特别久才一次的,就是一两天自成规律的,我觉得还好吧。
早上咖啡里面加一勺coconut oil,Costco一大罐能吃一年。

所以我外出旅行都会很认真的规划好po的机会 比如景点厕所。。。咖啡店。。。etc...
猪头和我差不多 所以我们很喜欢找旅店最好在景点附近不远的 大清早看一个景点 回家po po 再去看。。。

吃得少的身体没有废物不是坏事。便秘是另一回事,喝盐水会腹泻,salt flush。
对我来说,黃麒麟没用,早上空腹吃,晚上睡前吃,中午吃,都试过。
我也觉得纤维对我来说是引起便秘的,也许我是喝水不够

如果你乳糖不耐受,可以喝一点牛奶(自己逐渐掌握量的大小)。不过要注意补充水分,别拉得脱水。不要问我怎么知道的……
是的,每个人的排便周期都是不同的。有的人一天几次,有的人几天一次。只要能顺利排便,追求每天大便完全没有必要

Re,每天一餐燕麦粥,一小碗就行。放颗红枣切碎,味道更好。
