I told him as long as I still be able to get my visa. He said he think I am a valuable employee and he is going to talk to our HR contact to see if xx can sponsor a Green Card for me.Oh.. It is definitely more than I have asked for. 4. I have been developing some xxxx since I started with xxx. Most recently, my manager, xxx (she is a director in xxx ) asked me to manage xxx . It is not where my expertise is, but I think it as a good opportunity to learn about xxx . So I am working hard to xxxx. I am very excited about everything that happening in my life. I know I am still where I was, but I felt I have made a big step in knowing myself better and being able to step out my comfortable zone, and knowing there are lots of doors out there that I could knock on. I really appreciated that you taking your time for me. I wish I knew some big fancy words to show you how grateful I am. MM真的好厉害，我刚才搜了下MM的帖子，06年的时候MM说自己不够Aggresive怎么办，说自己在公司比较隐形，到09年的时候就发帖子分享经验了，现在是12年，MM又升职了，真的见到一个人从无到有的成长过程，好正能量！ 我和MM一样啊，虽然还没有工作，可是现在也天天默默无闻的在系里，不敢和同学说话。我要向MM学习！
看了这个心中一震，仿佛是整容了的明星被发现整容前的照片了。
不过真的是呢。真的是从无到有的走到今天。从一个证书一个证书的考，从一个发音一个发音自己纠正。就连我以前学圣经，都一句一句的理解。。我真的是不容易。。你也可以的。

大部分的人都想向上发展的。与其把他拴住作个怨妇，不如鼓励他往上爬，在爬的过程中，总要发光发热的。那这些光和热就是你的收获了。
上次写到这里了。
话说我的组招人。很早就看上了别的组一个挺有能力的人。就去找他聊。聊了以后他就很感兴趣就申请了。到给offer的时候谈工资，才发现他的期望和我能给的差太多了。我给他的职位是和他平级的。他是很想升职的。
我很遗憾要放弃的时候，和老板汇报了。老板就是老板。单独找他谈。和他说凭他现在的经验和表现，他不可能会很快升职的。而且他的工资期望太不合理。当然是比较婉转的了。总之我老板找他谈话以后，他就接受了。

这里主题不是说我多高尚。我觉的我是个心地善良的好人。但不至于好到损自己利别人。
我只是觉的这是个很好的管理人的方式。
1。手下高兴，效率就高。
2。手下对未来充满希望，就更想表现自己，脏的累的就枪着干。
3。刘备和诸葛亮，诸葛亮是打仗的鲜花。最后当皇帝的不还是刘备嘛。
4。手下能干了，自己就不用干很多了。
说的怎么觉得自己这么萎琐。。但是我觉的这是win-win的事情。如果五年前的我遇到现在的我当老板，一定会感激的。

不是说版主有多高尚，我觉得我也是个心地善良的好人，但不至于好到损自己利别人。我只是觉得这是个很好的管理论坛的方式。
1. 网友高兴，帖子质量就高。
2. 网友对发帖充满希望，就更想表现自己，长篇大论就抢着写。
3. 唐僧和猪八戒，猪八戒是捉妖的鲜花，当师傅的不始终还是唐僧嘛。
4. 网友能干了，自己就不用干很多了。我觉得这是个win-win的事情。
况且我也希望干得好，有朝一日被管理员赏识，升为超级管理员，是不是？
希望大家多根LZmm学习，发高质量的文章表现出自己优秀的一面来，不要甘于躲在角落看文章潜水。

我的职业小贴士- season II 要过节了，办公室没人。我也百无聊赖的。突然想起以前写的这个贴子，翻出了看看。自己好有智慧哦。没办法，我又臭显，又自恋. 就想继续写下去了。时间过的好快，一晃都快四年了。
我从上次升职到现在，工资涨了五六次。换了一个职位，现在领导一个小部门。中间还生了孩子。公婆走了，又来了。终于又要走了。但有时候想想，觉的又没什么变化。人生真的很奇怪。 以前的帖子锁了，所以把内容拷过来。还是建议有兴趣的人看看原贴。很多姐妹非常有用的讨论和建议。

写的挺好的。 不过，我没有细看完，感觉这些工作中的political 细节还是在浪费生命。不如早去创业。自己当老板。免去如上麻烦
