Went to a lake for a 3-day long weekend. It started raining the second day we were there, and the rain didn't stop until we left :-(
But it was nice and relaxing. Thanks to Callanetics, I got some exercise despite the rain. And Yesterday when we went back home, I did the crosstrainer. It was nice to sweat a bit.
I ate a bit unhealthy for the weekend. Normally I eat very little sweets. But the hotel breakfast has this crunchy sweet cereal that I like a lot, so I had a lot of it. And the dinners were all a bit salty.
Today back to work. After the "heavy" weekend, I had oatmeal and an apple for breakfast :-)
I did 30 min of Callanetics before lunch (warm-up, arm, leg, butt, stretching). I was hungry, so it took quite a bit of will power to finish :-) But the weather was nice and sunny. I did it at a place near the office overlooking a park. It was very pleasant.
Also climbed 20 floors. Decided not to take the elevator. My legs were a bit sore afterwards :-)
It's always possible to find a way to exercise. The key is to "have the strong motivation". Lately I have been less motivated than last year...
I found breast-feeding has a big slimming effect. I was eating a lot but stayed very skinny during the 6 months of breast feeding 对,25-40oz奶可以消耗300-500卡路里呢 :)

This week is my PMS week. This week I'm trying the following to control mood swings and cravings. So far it seems that the symptoms are milder than previously. Hope it works!
- Eat every 2 hours. (Oatmeal and banana as snacks)
- Take multi vitamin and Calsium
- Do some cardio workout everyday
- Listen to soothing audio
My problem is still lack of rest. Will try to get a lot of sleep this weekend!

This is definitely the biggest improvement I got from Callanetics. - The stomach exercise (I actually have skipped it for the last 3 weeks due to MC and laziness...) - The pelvis rotation - All other moves which requires sucking the stomach in

jm们,mc结束,我回来了,hoho。。。。今天是第13次卡兰,距第12次有一周了,所以今天练完明显感觉到腹部生疼生疼的,不过很happy的是我居然摸到了腹部肉肉下面的肌肉,hoho。。。。只是小肚子赘肉多摸不到,大腿依然是重灾区,郁闷的是膝盖又疼了,最近还不能腿太用力,慢慢调养,欲速则不达。。。。

跪地,两拳放在两膝中间,使之打开至15CM左右,以此间距将脚面完全贴在地上,手放在臀部上(大拇指向上放在腰上)。从腹部开始,依次慢慢后仰,头是最后。两手放在脚上,臀向前推(保持下身成L形状),保持25秒。——可治腰痛,塑造完美肩形。
把手放到腰上,慢慢抬起上身。
放松身体,轻松呼吸3次。

我昨天和今天练stomach的时候,出现一个奇怪的现象,就是在肩膀和头抬起来尽量round准备开始做第一个的时候,我上半身身体自发的颤抖,以前没有过,我就把身体放平一点就好了,是不是我的动作不对啊?jm们有遇到过么?谢谢啦。。。

看了LZ的帖子才知道卡兰,第一页的对比照片感觉效果好好哦。可是对于大腿小腿都粗,但上身包括腰腹容易瘦的人会有怎样的效果呢?有没有相似经验的MM?

昨天20分钟卡兰,今天中午20分钟。在网上买了本旧的卡兰书,10 by 10的,大致看了下,图片很多,都是讲成效的。自己要坚持!!!

我也有同感。屁股有变翘,但是肚子腿没什么效果。所以我现在只练两个动作,胳膊的拉伸(我的无比粗壮的胳膊),和练屁股的。

这个肯定是姿势不对 以前老师说过 如果坐abs你第二天脖子酸 那就是你用脖子的力气而不是abs的力气了 就是用错力气了 所以要多round一些 脖子相对于肩膀不要动

卡兰说对练这个的人说,对一些人来说连了以后体重还会增加,但是尺寸减少了。就好比一磅棉花和一磅铁,体积不同。

2012年展望
希望Callanetics永远成为我生活的一部分。It gives you long and lean muscle,不像weight training后的肌肉线条那么好看,但我喜欢它给我带来的放松感。每天被工作家庭孩子紧紧包围着,练卡兰的时候是我能享受的自己的时间。
35岁以后意识到要宠爱自己了。不会对体重或尺寸obsess,不会拿必须XXX才美的标准来衡量自己,不会过分push自己。休息好第一,心情好第二,然后是锻炼身体,再然后是工作家庭。但这不代表懒惰和得过且过,因为我相信认真的女人最美 --- 爱自己,对自己,对工作,对生活认真,这样的美是可以和时间抗衡的。

Callanetics 对我最大的帮助是腰部和臀部的塑型。LZ腰很容易细,但屁股从记事起一直是典型的扁平。现在终于有点弧度了。希望2012年再接再厉。

LZ复活节去了西班牙南部度假2周,租车走了6,7个城市。有名城古迹,有可爱的小镇,有海滩。吃美玩美,还小小购物了一下。
First 3 days PMS, no exercise. After that I managed to exercise every day and do a bit of Callanetics.
这次旅行最大的收获是:
1。觉终于睡足
2。睡觉足了,锻炼的劲头就是不一样,每天都想去健身房,要不就出去到处走
3。人生首次对自己泳装满意。以前是没线条,泳装也不会选,所以每次穿泳装都偷偷摸摸的,溜着墙边走。这次买了两件新泳装,很喜欢。西班牙金融危机,东西便宜,15欧元一件。
前一阵说要练女人“沟”,有点成效。有几道还几乎没有,得使劲看 :-))))))。

这个我没有。。。胳膊比以前粗了一点,但还是没太多肌肉,上臂力量很差。腹卧撑一个也起不来。
一直只做Callanetics那一个手臂动作。应该去买俩哑铃。。。

股沟是美臀的重要位置
A,杠铃深蹲squat,下蹲到大腿平行地面为止和膝关节不得超过脚尖向上的垂直线.10次为一组,做4组.
B,剪蹲,选择适当哑铃重量放于身体两侧,前后脚下蹲,左右脚各做10次,重复4组.
我没什么可兽的,革命尚未成功。参见版上其他美女。:-)

I think the pelvis rotation works on the back (and many other parts too)
A,海豚式背部伸展,俯卧于垫子上,双手放于身体两侧掌心向上,腰部以上做向后上方的伸展动作,慢慢上下重复练习.
B,背部耐力训练,仰卧于垫子上,将双腿弯曲膝关节向上成直角(脚着地),然后慢慢的抬高臀部腰部上背部,让肩与脚为支撑把身体斜成直线定住一分钟,重复做4次.

The Callanetics leg exercises have worked very well for me. I always have better lower body strength than upper body.

这个是臀下沟还是臀部下垂,LZ分不清 :-)))))
The butt is still a part that I need to work hard on...
A,倒蹲举,这个动作类似与squat,锻炼大腿与臀部的力量和肌肉,对臀下沟的线条有着较好的效果.
B,后勾腿,选择适当重量,俯卧做后勾腿的锻炼,这个动作目的是锻炼大腿后侧肌肉,因为该肌肉位于臀大肌下方,固必练.
