Don't worry. A piece of cake once in a while will not make you fat. (A piece of cake every day may make you gain weight over long period of time). Try to concentrate on what you "achieved" and encourage yourself.

Your weekend sounds very enjoyable! And you're right --- weekend is hard to eat well and exercise.
By observation, you can not be 26%. I would guess 15-17%.:)
I also doubt the result. If I have fat, it has to be inside, since I can't find much outside :-)
I'm not shooting for low body fat. I read that women need a certain amount of fat for normal female functions, like the period. And I like the "healthy" lean look with a lot of curves :-) To get that I will have to work hard...

我开始练快一个月,可能刚开始好多动作不准确,如果把准确动作开始计算时间,我觉得会有更好地,现在我开始觉得动作相对准确了。:)

还有每天的Cardio也很重要。卡兰只能帮你练出线条,Cardio就是帮你减掉脂肪和尺寸的。最好是每天30分钟的Cardio要坚持下来。

mm刚开始减的话,不一定会立即掉体重。像我都是跑了一个多月才开始掉体重的。
卡兰就是build up肌肉的,如果外面的脂肪比较厚的话,效果不一定能立即看出来。
但是肯定有变化的。
象lzmm,本身属于体脂低的,稍微上点卡兰立即就能看出来。
我们的话,还得等一阵子。

其实卡兰这套锻炼,最不能Skip的就是腹部的部分。我有时候偷懒不练全套,但是腹部练习咬着牙都要做完整,大概要半个小时。坐办公室的职员,每天上班活动,或多或少都有用到腿部和胳膊的肌肉。但是,腹部肌肉一定是没怎么动的。回到家,再不做腹部运动的话,身材基本都是向汽油桶发展的。

No pain, no gain. If you're experiencing pain, it should offer some "gain" :-)

Don't worry. It takes some time to get the moves right.
To "round", try to make your neck and head 90 degree to the floor, while keeping your lower back still on the floor. Maybe that will help...

说的最标准的姿势。
可能是我的腹部太弱了,的确是, 我的上身特别没力,练这个一来还不的要领,二来就是的了要领了也做不到。。。
mm生活丰富多彩,愿意交朋友,很在意朋友的感觉,也很善解人意。
我生完老二之后,感觉自己躲在阴暗的角落理一年多,最后实在忍无可忍了才开始健身。
现在发现这里这么多妈妈都做的很好,长的美,想的美,生活的美。

很同意mm,我觉得自己就是太缺乏朋友了,做什么事情就没有动力。我以前减肥成功就是有伴一起练。后来生了娃可能是太胖了,毕竟长了50多磅,加上也有刺激,减了下来。去年开始堕落,一下不可收拾。。。
找到了,原来有些动作是没有图片的。我有空就打一点,大家体会体会。。。

做那个stomach的关键就是要用腹肌,貌似这个是废话。
检验方法就是要round,其实就是简单的反向的C 形状。。
脑袋简单的和地面垂直也不行,就是要腹肌那用力,尽量的往一起卷啊卷的。
我经常想象成自己在拼命的卷地毯。。当然大部分时间都是心有余而力不足。。

update: 刚看了香mm的建议,就是头和地面尽量成90度。我看书上说这种
应尽量避免。
不过大部分人包括我自己开始都要经历这个阶段,大家忽略我说的,那个可能是

我经常是肩膀尽量向前push到不能再push的地方,然后保持这样,再小幅度push,让身体有卷起来的感觉。我昨天在想为什么Callanetics stomach exercise手臂是平直向前?后来我想,可能是手臂向前抅,手指尖去尽力触摸前方假想的某个东西,这样身体就卷起来了。
glad to know you have a good weekend, we also did,went for the sweet-heart reunion at the birth hospital for my 2 little ones, then disney on ice show. weekend is always a hard time to control diet and do exercise, i didn't do much but ate more.

Your weekend sounds very enjoyable! And you're right --- weekend is hard to eat well and exercise.

By observation, you can not be 26%. I would guess 15-17%.:)
I also doubt the result. If I have fat, it has to be inside, since I can't find much outside :-)
I'm not shooting for low body fat. I read that women need a certain amount of fat for normal female functions, like the period. And I like the "healthy" lean look with a lot of curves :-) To get that I will have to work hard...

Thanks MM. I went through one year of pretty bad depression. And I learned a lot from it. Now my top priority is to keep my spirit positive and my body healthy.

每次在华人看到“大妈”这个称呼,我总想说:“MM,你很年轻,绝对不是大妈。” 但通常懒得说,就过去了。
现在这个年代,40岁,50岁,甚至60岁的女人,通过锻炼保养等等,也可以很美,也可以很有魅力。
谢谢卡兰,我觉得自己很年轻,很有活力。虽然我也“奔4”,但我拒不承认自己是“大妈” :-)))))))

想起自己上大学的时候跑800米,自己是最后一个过终点的。
老师说: 你还能稍微快点么。
我说: 为啥我感觉自己跑起来身轻如燕呢,为啥就成最后一名了呢。
老师:**&&…………。。
没有别的意思,就是想起来了。。

I hated 800M. 还记得我大学最后一次800米测验,跑到后面没劲了,我的蓝颜知己正旁边踢球,就过来带着我跑,最后2分15秒,本人最好成绩!每次想起他都会想起这段往事,心理甜甜的。。。

昨天我做stomach的时候,到了最后一个100下的时候,好象找到最佳感觉了,肚子上一片肌肉的收缩的每一下都能感到,而且肚子和大腿发热,“能量热呼呼地往外冒”(夸张了哈),虽然看不见。

题外问题,我这台电脑为什么看大家名字都是重影那种,另外的电脑就没问题。 有人知道是怎么回事么?因为想和MM讨论,但是名字对不上号。
俄国网站最近都不给力,放映很慢,无法跟着做。怎么可以下载呢?谢谢指点。

我有时候也还是觉得脖子扯着了,力量同样不太好。
另外,那个动作如果胳膊肘抬起来点,向外,感觉到腰部2侧也得到锻炼。同时脖子感觉好一些。
去年开始堕落,一下不可收拾。。。

mm心态真好。。我就是大妈心态太严重了,有时候老想跟现实低头。

这周末开始练了两次卡兰,也没多吃,可是周一一称,重了1磅!有谁也有这样的经验吗?
说不准是长肌肉了。。
