In a medium bowl beat heavy whipping cream with sugar. When ready slowly add beaten eggs to the ready whipped cream. Add mascarpone cheese, use the smallest speed of your electric mixer to make a smooth and fluffy cream and stop just as mascarpone is well blended (takes seconds).
Soak the ladyfingers in coffee (and add liquor if you like), put down a layer. Then put a layer of the cream-mascarpone mix. Repeat 2 or 3 times. (I also put chocolate shavings between the layers)
Cover and refrigerate it for at least a half a day in order to make the cutting much easier.

Taking a break is a good idea. Sometimes I did 10 but felt that I was "faking" instead of really pushing to the right positions. Better taking breaks than "cheating" :-)
Very true. Keeping (pleasantly) busy helps maintain a healthy weight. Sometimes I get so concentrated on my work and really enjoy it, I could go a day without eating and not noticing it.
看视频上的示范也不是很有数。尤其是坐在地上,一条腿弯在前面,另一条腿在后面的那几个动作,她说 knee aligns with hip,我完全不解啊。郁闷。

简单汇报下,从看到lzmm的Callanetics 2011楼开始,把两座卡兰楼都认真爬下来了。现在10x10练了6次,中间虽然没有认真记录身体参数的变化,但是肌肉力量和柔韧性都明显有提高。 10x10是哪个?

我之前一直都是跑步。效果不是很理想。腿变粗了,腰没有变细。换换卡兰看看。准备用zumba来代替跑步作为跑步。坚持一个月,看看有没有效果再来汇报

今年开始卡兰都是断断续续练。8天前忽然心血来潮,想看看自己能坚持不懈地练多长时间。目前已经连着练7天了,从热身到臀部运动,加pelvis rotation。中间坐地上stretching的部分被我跳过去了,因为时间有限。每次差不多30-40分钟吧。很有成就感。

腹部运动每次做感觉都不太一样,有时觉得不是很费力,有时要中间休息好几分钟才能坚持下来,有时不用扶脑袋,有时刚30下就不得不扶脑袋。可能和当天的身体状态有关,而且和疲劳程度有关吧。
李子干和李子汁对便秘也有效。

还有pelvis rotation,就那10圈儿,每次都转得我浑身出汗。要是什么时候体能达到了,如果没时间锻炼,做100次这个就行了。
这是我觉得整套里面最累的了,把pelvis rotation, pelvis scoop & thigh stretch 做完真的差不多就挥汗如雨了。做100次估计能把我小魂儿给转没了,哈哈

Push-up will work, I believe. But my arms are too weak to do push-ups :-(
我虽然瘦,但穿抹胸的衣服时腋下的肉松松垮垮地堆在那儿,很刺眼(至少是我自己的眼)。。。
不要太挑剔,对大家而言你完全只有养眼:)。对push-up我有个小tip,上半身还是标准push-up的姿势,背部挺直,膝盖着地,小腿抬起来但不用抬很高,身体基本上呈一个N形,这个姿势比较适合女生做。
5月份回国的时候,给我妈看我的腹部,她觉得很不错,跟我要了信息,也感兴趣想开始练卡兰了。结果不久把腿摔断了,现在只能疗养。希望她好了以后也开始练

她应该真的花很多时间在锻炼,除了keep fit以外保持体能也很重要,她的演唱会对体能要求真是太大了,很佩服
看到这张图觉得挺有意思。虽然不能代表每个人,但普遍来说三种人种的身材比例的确是有挺大差异的。只是感觉大部分亚裔mm其实没有这么夸张,这种真正的55身感觉上也只有在日本女性里面比较多见吧。嗯,激励下自己好好练behind,努力把pp练翘!

昨晚宝宝半夜醒了,弄得我没睡好,今天挺疲倦的,特别不想锻炼,不过还是说服自己练了20分钟卡兰。
早晨没精神,吃了一块巧克力支撑。发现自己对巧克力不上瘾。一板巧克力放在办公桌上,吃了两个星期还有一半在那儿。
人种不一样,就是不一样。上次在商店排队结账,忍不住地看前面黑人MM的PP,真的像球一样圆,而且高高的。。。

mm说的是,我就是太急了,因为已经做了差不多两个月的cardio + wt, 还请了教练,看到别人都在进步,可是自己还是原地踏步就有些担心了,尤其是肚子上的肥肉说什么都不下来真愁人!饮食方面我一直都很注意,应该没有问题。我看坚持做完19个小时能不能减掉一毫米!
请问楼里的MM有没有办法可以SHARE10年的视频?我找了一圈没找到,这里的图书馆也没有。

我觉得很多人减肥就是太着急。希望很短时间减到目标体重。这样的高期望值很容易让自己灰心,导致放弃。
或者减得太快,造成饮食混乱,或反弹。我看过很多人迅速减然后又迅速增回来,通常比之前更胖。我觉得,减肥真的是龟兔赛跑,要循序渐进,不反弹是最重要的。
建议MM做好打持久战的准备。把目标定低一点,容易达到,越减越来劲。祝你成功。
那个pelvis rotation对我来说最难的,我是做五个,歇一下,再做五个。等换方向的时候,做三个歇一下

睡香香,为什么我照书做10in10 要一个多小时呢?昨天一小时20分都没做完。
我猜你做得比较慢。比如100下你可能做3分钟,但录像里可能是2分钟。但这也是好事,如果你做到位,你肌肉要保持3分钟的紧张,结果强度会更大。
我自己如果不跟着录像,通常会比录像快一些。
Sense of Security
想减肥的人都知道节食的重要。可有的人节食好象很轻松,有些人却很难,管不住自己的嘴。(我指的是适当控制,不是过度节食)
对很多人来讲(当然不是所有人),依赖食物的一个重要原因是没有安全感。缺乏安全感,对未来不确定,会让他们有总是吃不饱的感觉。
我本人就有这类经历。生活一切顺利的时候我对吃饭没上过心,但有段时间对生活极其缺乏安全感,忽然就特别爱吃。
有这种倾向的话,要不断告诉自己是安全的,无论什么发生,我都有能力对应,都会有人帮我,最后一定会有好结局。

减肥的另一个障碍是缺乏自信和poor body image。
缺乏自信,做什么事成功几率都会受影响,包括减肥。要先相信自己能瘦下来。如果认为自己天生是胖人,减肥当然会很难。缺乏自信人往往更容易用食物来安慰自己。
厌恶自己的体型加上缺乏自信 = vicious cycle。厌恶自己的体型很容易让人自暴自弃,减肥遇挫折很容易就放弃。很多女性照镜子的时候都会用挑剔的眼光看自己,能完全欣赏自己的应该是少数。
厌恶自己体型的情况下减肥,一般过程不会很enjoyable。以“我爱我自己,所以我好好照顾我的身体,让它达到最佳状态”的心态会感觉好很多。
前阵看J Lo的采访,她说:有时候照镜子我很满意自己的身材,有时候我对自己说:I have work to do (注意她说的不是I'm too fat / My body is not pretty).
我建议所有减肥的MM,从减肥开始就一边build positive body image --- 虽然我的身体不是完美的,但我爱我的身体。让身体成为自己的好朋友。

睡眠不足容易发胖。
大学住校那阵子,有次大家讨论,发现班里的瘦子好象都特别爱睡觉。后来我观察,因人而异。有些人是越累越瘦,但有些人是越累越胖。
我是属于后者。越累越胖,越睡越瘦。可能我身体底子薄,气虚,累的时候就会多吃,吃完了就有精神了,才能继续操劳下去。

压力大容易发胖。这个也是因人而异。我其实属于反例,有时有什么事不顺让我压力很大,我越吃不下饭。但看到有些人压力大的时候就猛吃,或是做高压力工作几年后增肥很多。
如果自己属于这个类型,就尽量避免压力大的情况发生。工作生活中量力而行,很多事情要有取舍。乐观的心态也有帮助,凡事往好里想,看事情多充满希望,少充满恐惧。

减肥的时候很多人都是短跑的心态:“我要以最快的速度减掉XX磅”。减肥太着急会事倍功半。
首先,这样的高期望值很容易让自己灰心,一旦体重有反复,就导致放弃。
其次,如果减得太快,会造成饮食混乱,或反弹。我看过很多人迅速减然后又迅速增回来,通常比之前更胖。大家肯定都认识永远在减肥的人。
我觉得,减肥真的是龟兔赛跑,要循序渐进,不反弹是最重要的。建议想减肥的MM做好打持久战的准备。

看过一本书,提到Tiger Woods经常站在离球洞不到1米的地方,把球一遍一遍打进洞。别人问他为什么,他说是要让自己习惯成功。
把目标定低一点,容易达到,越减越来劲。做事成功的一个关键是keep up the motivation。成功感是保持motivation的最好办法之一。

Desparate Housewives里有一集,Susan想象如果没有和Carl离婚会怎么样:她靠吃甜食来压抑对Carl出轨的愤怒,成了大胖子。还有好多电影里,女人失恋就抱着一桶冰淇淋(Bridget Jones)。
我想很多女性都有这样的倾向。用食物压抑不良情绪。如果吃得美还值得,这样吃肯定是食之无味。
要避免这种倾向,或者建立强大的自我对应挫折的正面心态,或者依赖support group (家人朋友)。说出来比吃进去要好多了。

经常有减肥中的MM因为忽然重了2,3磅而焦虑。这个没必要。1大杯水就是1磅。如果你某天吃咸了,身体很可能积水,多个2,3磅很容易的。
我如果吃一个大salad,喝2大杯水,2,3磅肯定是有的。但卡路里估计只有500。
重要的是:roughly 3000 calories = 1 lb. 如果你今天多吃了一碗饭。500卡,多喝了水,上称一称,多了2,3磅,不要紧张。你没有真胖了那么多。真一天吃掉3000卡也不是容易的事呢。
我建议不要太频繁称体重,会影响自己的情绪和减肥动力。一星期一次足已。最好是每周同一时间,比如周六早上空腹。一个月一次更好。一个月减几磅是最健康的,中间的高高低低都是noise。

健康的瘦
减肥瘦身方法每个人要找到自己的平衡,重要的是对身体无害,能长期坚持,保持体重稳定,不觉得痛苦。
对身体有害是大忌。极度节食,造成停经,厌食症,是用长期的健康来换取一时的瘦。相信这样的瘦是痛苦的。
能长期坚持是关键。“过午不食”,可能有些人能轻松做到,没有太大的痛苦感,而且能一直这样。如果做不到,不要勉强自己,适度饮食,吃健康的食物,应该不会胖。
总之,瘦是为了美,最终还是为了高兴。祝大家快乐瘦身!

Very true. Keeping (pleasantly) busy helps maintain a healthy weight. Sometimes I get so concentrated on my work and really enjoy it, I could go a day without eating and not noticing it.

睡眠不足容易发胖。
大学住校那阵子,有次大家讨论,发现班里的瘦子好象都特别爱睡觉。后来我观察,因人而异。有些人是越累越瘦,但有些人是越累越胖。
我是属于后者。越累越胖,越睡越瘦。可能我身体底子薄,气虚,累的时候就会多吃,吃完了就有精神了,才能继续操劳下去。

越累越胖的握手!!!我周围很多人都是越累越瘦的 他们是不会懂得我的痛苦啊!!!!!1 一说工作忙 这帮人就嚷嚷 一忙起来你就瘦了。。。。。事实证明 mangle3个月涨了10磅

Agree with Bayla completely.
我觉得很多人减肥就是太着急。希望很短时间减到目标体重。这样的高期望值很容易让自己灰心,导致放弃。
或者减得太快,造成饮食混乱,或反弹。我看过很多人迅速减然后又迅速增回来,通常比之前更胖。我觉得,减肥真的是龟兔赛跑,要循序渐进,不反弹是最重要的。
建议MM做好打持久战的准备。把目标定低一点,容易达到,越减越来劲。祝你成功。
谢谢mm的热情回复。我是有些心急,因为已经锻炼了两个月了,别的地方都见效果了,就是腹部纹丝未动,看来要调整心态了,降低标准,不能一口吃成大胖子!
如果每减掉一厘米就感觉收获很多,那就有动力了!话说昨天发现练习了8个小时后我的伸展性好了很多,弯腰终于手指能碰到地了,^_^,感觉可兴奋了。就是要这样练习,以后希望也能拥有像你那样美丽的腰腹和大腿!加油!!!
还有,happydongxi MM,分享一下我的经历。我开始锻炼6个月以后,还是觉得只要一星期不练肌肉又没有了,肚子上的皮又松,屁股又塌了。直到坚持锻炼一年以后才感觉身上的紧实感是permanent的,一星期不锻炼也没大碍。。。身体需要时间才能erase对原先状态的记忆,完全settle in新的身体状态。
原来总觉得人家练习19个小时后那样奇妙的改变也会发生在自己身上,看来每个人发生奇迹的时间是不一样的,运动真是一辈子的事业啊!!!谢谢mm的提醒,我醒悟了
看视频上的示范也不是很有数。尤其是坐在地上,一条腿弯在前面,另一条腿在后面的那几个动作,她说 knee aligns with hip,我完全不解啊。郁闷。
要是动作不对的话,是不是效果会差很多啊?

这个是指膝盖(和大腿)与胯部保持在一条直线上,我的理解是要尽量把pp收紧,胯部向前推。做这组动作的时侯是臀部肌肉用力,腿是放松的。

是呀,我们是同一阵营的,不被理解。忙没有关系,但如果太累的时候还不能休息就只不行了
写的很好啊,我就是那种压力越大越胖的人. 别人Final熬夜学习都瘦,就我一个人胖,而且是考一科胖两磅,考一科胖两磅.
我记得从中学开始,考试之前一天和当天都要吃巧克力精力才能挺住。
现在考完了,又瘦回去没有?

看楼上这么多mm都是压力大会增重。我是压力大工作忙的时侯根本不记得要吃饭喝水,工作结束又很累没胃口的那种人(工作狂潜质,泪),所以一忙起来总会瘦很多。我倒觉得还是越忙越能吃的类型比较好,毕竟忙的时侯身体需要更多能量,适当多吃一点也是一种自我保护的机制。

一点没错,我身体超有自我保护意识,什么地方不对肯定给我“信号”,我要继续push,它就“起义”。survival instinct 极强 --- 是好事。

这个很棒!MM从运动过程本身得到快感,而不是纯粹为了减肥,这样会良性循环的。你的目标肯定会达到 :-)

已经坚持卡兰3个星期了。每天30分钟。只有2天没有练(太忙或太累)。
上周末做椭圆机,因为两个星期没做了,从第二档难度爬到第8档的时候,忽然觉得心跳过快。赶紧下来休息。第二天再做,就正常了。看来cardio还是要坚持,以保证心脏的强壮。
下次再练的时候一定要加强意识

我的 ID 是 n 多年前,想注册 “鹭鸶”,结果已经没了,就把拼音用上了。其实没什么含义的。不过能达到让人记住的目的,已经是意外之喜了。
