1。Run:6miles/SS 2。WT:whole body circuit 30mins 3。Nutrition:1800 cals~~(chips and guacamole are soooo yummy~~~!)
4。偶然翻出一盘十几年前的CD,Jim Croce 《Photographs And Memories》... 熟悉的歌声混着模糊的记忆, 又一次让我感到时光飞逝~~~"Photographs and meomories, all the love you gave to me, somehow it just can't be true, that's all I've left of you..."
Fat does not turn into muscle. There is no such thing as toning! Weight training either builds muscle or it doesn't. Fat will always lie on top of the muscles...if you want to thinner arm or you want to have that defined ab look, you MUST lose the fat!
Compound exercises that involve mutiple joints and muscle groups, such as squats, different variations of deadlifts, bench press, rows, pulldowns, standing overhead dumbbell press...these are the exercises that are going to give you the most bang for your effort and aid in muscle maintenance most optimally~~~IMO:)

偶像 是不是减脂只有密集cardio?心跳在120左右半小时以上吗? 前面说过了。。减脂最关键的其实是“吃”! 要保证卡路里的摄入量在“caloric deficit mode”。。。once this deficit is in place, no matter what we do (for the most part), we are going to lose fat!

4。我跑步的地方有cardio theater,每天都有一面墙的大电影看~~今天放的是《Walk the Line》,讲Johnny Cash...本来就很喜欢他的音乐, 虽然已经看过N遍了, 还是很幸福的又看了一个多小时...如果每次都有这样的片子看, 我准备就在跑步机上不下来乐~~~:)
5。又试了一套不一样风格的Bikini,在窗的影子下playing with light。。。不巧的是连续两次拍Bikini,都是在姨妈造访的第一天;(

背上的小窝太诱人了 这个肯定是基因把 6.0stady跑多久啊 一部电影1小时半吗? push up 20x5是military那种吗 实在是太强了!!!!偶像!!!!!!!!
也不能啥都基因啊~~~这个要有练习的因素...但我觉得跟body fat水平有关, 肌肉在肥肉下面, 上面太厚, 下面就看不出了~~~:)
Push up就是一般男生做的那种...100个分五次做,不难!
应该脱了鞋...会更innocent的冲击..or..穿鞋..衣服脱掉..更wild的冲击...lol
对了 问一下偶像 1800卡是增肌阶段吗?那减脂阶段偶像吃多少卡啊

标准是体重X15...对我的体重来说, 吃1500卡以下的就是减脂的量了.

运动是很艰苦的事情。我爬山累了想半途而废,眼前浮现出无风MM的比基尼照,圆滚滚的屁股。。。。 终于坚持到山顶了。 上山容易下山难, 。。。。 意志力就是一切(体型,生活质量, 成就)

我相信,在时间和空间面前,所有的过往最终都会有一个公正的评判。

Cardio 在这个阶段只是帮助你达到"caloric deficit mode" 的一个手段而已...
问题的关键在于:
1)不能吃的太少, 也不能长期在"deficit mode", 否则会严重slow down你的新陈代谢系统, 不仅会很快到达平台期, 而且最终还会反弹...其实真正有效的是在"caloric deficit" and "caloric surplus" 两者之间交替, 也就是在"fat reducing" and "bulking" 之间交替...但是很多MM只敢做"饥民", 不敢做"吃货", 最后都变成麻杆儿苦行僧:)
2)减脂期间, 最好要少损失肌肉, 这就是为什么weight training一定要坚持做...不是为了增肌(因为不可能), 而是为了保持... 体重到最后毫无意义, 瘦不难做到, 难的是瘦不露骨, 瘦而有型!

我相信,在时间和空间面前,所有的过往最终都会有一个公正的评判。
这个我看完,好有感触啊。 我爸爸病重,我后妈这次很明显的把所有的财产都准备自己吞,包括我的也是。
以前有过...后来研究了下科学, 就集中做"compound excercises"了...
Fat does not turn into muscle. There is no such thing as toning! Weight training either builds muscle or it doesn't. Fat will always lie on top of the muscles...if you want to thinner arm or you want to have that defined ab look, you MUST lose the fat!
Compound exercises that involve mutiple joints and muscle groups, such as squats, different variations of deadlifts, bench press, rows, pulldowns, standing overhead dumbbell press...these are the exercises that are going to give you the most bang for your effort and aid in muscle maintenance most optimally~~~IMO:)

所以要想有腹部的definition,需要减脂。然后做compound exercise,而不是just crunches?

确实。很多时候生气是用别人的错误惩罚自己。只是知道道理,到能够时刻执行,中间的距离很远。。。
文革中那些无缘无故被冤屈的人能一切随缘化解烦恼吗?--MM经历的都是可以化解的烦恼,谈不上重大挫折。

mm原谅我再一次ww,你这个我咋都看不出是增肌阶段啊,你的运动量+基础代谢咋都超过1800卡了,6mile肯定有400卡,30分钟重量训练也要100~200卡,再加上你的基础代谢,这些消耗至少1800+了,增肌难道不应该每天多吃好几百卡么?@@
