不过,多老也不拿来当胖的理由!! 先天遗传作用超级强大。剩下自己能改变的,饮食起更重要的作用 (I think)。 从去年夏天改变不良饮食习惯到现在还不到一年。锻炼方面,其实我只是坚持了频率,强度并不大,而且 坚持健身只有3年而已,前面有40多年一动不动积攒的陈年肥肉。Lifestyle takes persistence and patience, 肥肉不像灰尘,扫扫就能消失。慢慢来!

去了新开的hot yoga studio。设施很不错,地板,觉得比地毯强,完全没有气味。跟我现在去的studio (简称IKY)对比, 这家 (简称CPY) has a younger crowd, 课选择更多,format不同,时间短,只有60分钟。伴有音乐。IKY是classic bikram yoga format, CPY是“山寨版" modified bikram yoga, 类似americanized chinese restaurant like PF Chang. 不是说山寨版不好,it's just different. IKY有很多serious yogi, 水平感觉接近competition level, 老师要求严格, almost a rigid, military style; CPY is more relaxed and fun. 两家生意都很好,很贵。等我再去多体验体验看。。。

我也准备趁着太老之前去。珠峰我爬不上去。能完成Mt Everest Base Camp徒步,大概需要10天,

效果明显啊,还要再接再厉
早上kickboxing 1 hour; 下午跟闺蜜走路2小时,本来该爬山,但下过雨trail关闭。Anyway, walk也很爽。
晚上做了超级简单韩式海鲜煲,扇贝,虾,笋片,豆腐泡,白菜全部丢砂锅加kimchi sauce煮就好了。老大是vegetarian,
所以我家经常跟着不吃肉。

越分析我想的越多,思绪万千了都,没法集中精力。Classic yoga老师只陈述技术, 觉得对我更加合适。

网上抄来的,不知道靠谱不。看来得晨练。Highlight部分是我现在做不到的,早上没力气也没时间的人。。。要想想怎么操作。。。
The perfect fat loss day
06:00: wake up
06.30: cardiovascular training (about 45 minutes)
08:00: breakfast
12:00: lunch
16:00: dinner
17:00: bodybuilding training (about 45 minutes)
18:00: small meal
22:00: bed time
如果家庭生活不受影响,的确值得一试。。。。
上面这个是一天4餐,小餐的思路。帮助拉动新陈代谢的。。
是不还是先降体脂?感觉都被肥肉埋没在下面了。
可以呀。。只要能吃能睡。。不影响作息,有氧多做点好处很多。。

肩膀 三角
胳膊肱三头、肱二头
这些地方都可以加一些重量练习我觉得。。
35岁以后,平均体重的女的,每年自动流失0.25lb肌肉。重量练习是必修课。

可以呀。。只要能吃能睡。。不影响作息,有氧多做点好处很多。。

无锻炼,时间太匆忙。明天鸡血。
吃的很多。早上肉粽中午外面饭局,finished a big juicy steak还有一堆其他。总之吃好多肉今天。晚上对自己烤的三文鱼很满意
吃了不少还有一堆菜什么的。
红酒喝过了,准备看Dolores Claiborne。Today I'm in the mood for a horror movie

胳膊2010年和现在比较: 原来很肥,现在还是很肥,but slightly better. Still a long way to go!
