Need help on 肝化验

My ALP was 199 back to 2018 and ALT is 47. AB Ultrasound is normal. My docotor didn't tell me anything and I didn't know there is any issue

 

I didn't see doc for two years until this year March.

My ALP is 155 and ALT is 52 AST is 31 normal.

then I was tested HB and HBC and 不带菌。 乙肝打过预防针。 Autoimmune test noraml

I am 53 female. Noraml weight, don't smoke and drink. 胆固醇高。Will repeat ultrasound. Any suggestion what could have been the cause and issue, and how to reduce GGT and ALP?

有脂肪肝吗？胆固醇高多长时间了？

问医生进一步检查，肝胀或骨方面等问题，

没吃深海鱼油或所谓得护肝药？

最近在吃OMG3 fish oil。对肝不好？

有些人身体不适合

吃.肝指标高时更不要吃,还有不要吃所谓的护肝药(没有护肝药这种药).主要靠适当运动和饮食来降低胆固醇，

肝敏感的保健药吃VC,VD可以了. 希望这么说不被砸:).

我吃krill oil 曾引起肝功不正常，大夫让我停所有的保健品。然后一点点加，最后发现是krill 引起的。
