求帮助 -- breast cancer?

had normal 3D mammogram in March 2019.  Did an ultrasound this Monday, found two irrigular solid mass on right breast.  here is what are the report:

Right breast at 9:00 clock position, 1 cm from the nipple, there is an irregular hypoechoic 6mmX4mm with no posterior features.  This mass is indeterminate, biopsy is recommended

Right breast, at 9:00 clock position, 1 cm fromt the nipple, there is an irregular hypoechoic 5mm X3mm mass.  The masss is indeterminate, biopsy is recommended

There is no other concerning finding with the right breast.

left breast is normal.

assessment: BI-RADS category 4, suspicious

一般而言，BI-RADS category 4 的都建议进一步活检。。

BI-RADS category 4 乳癌预测可能为30％， 若BI-RADS category5 的预测可能就达90%了
听医生的去做活检吧，就算最后结果是，配合医生积极治疗，我周围有的都十几年了，现在啥事木有。

据我了解的，有一些人是自己摸到mass, 有一些人是感觉到某个部位疼了。

非常小的肿块，先活检吧。不要担心

不知道为什么手机发贴，后面的信息就截断了。 如果是阳性，要做病理分型检测，ER, PR , HER2，Ki67 等检测grade

Ki67 等检测grade, 后面可以抽血做基因检测。总之肿瘤越小，分期（stage)越早, 对治疗越有利。

现在的乳腺癌治愈率很高了，抱抱。

Size 很小，不要过分担心。如果真的是，治疗的效果也是很好的。

只想double check, because I have dense breast tissue. 没有BRCA 携带。

如pickshell和叶蓁所说，category 4提示异常可能。统计说30%的category4最后确认异常

这个是BI-RADS 4a , 没有其它features， 恶性概率小于20%.

BiRad 4还分4a，4b，和4c，问医生你的是哪个

先别急，去做了再说。你自己摸到肿块了吗？

你做过BRCA test？

去做biopsy，什么结果都踏实了. 否则都是猜测，内心很难处理这样的不安。

不要焦虑最重要。

如果在决定做活检之前有时间，给一个机会试试艾灸和拍打，我用过有效的。

心情一定要放松，过度焦虑对身体不好。即使真的最后确诊了，现在医学很发达，经过治疗乳腺癌患者生存率还是比较好的。
