家里三高的人都有,而且没瘦子。没见着对这些起作用。这东西挺酸的,偶尔把salad剩的汁喝过。
我通常备一瓶专门做饮料用的苹果醋,瓶子里泡几片肉桂皮和香草荚(如果有的话)。喝的时候倒点在杯子里冲水就可以。最好用吸管喝。挺好喝的,开胃。
