感觉跟Garmin手表给出的数值差不多。我做运动的体会就是,绝大多数运动消耗的热量很少能超过自己1小时费力(比赛)跑步消耗的热量。
打网球1小时也差不多。如果静着不动的话才50多卡,因为一天24小时,休息静着包括睡着一共1300多,那就差不多50多卡1小时。大概粗粗算一下,打乒乓,爬山,走路大致也差不多。
每天2小时运动,就是1700卡的热量一天,要减肥就比较难,一天增加1小时,得18天呢。
我是不想在强度上更进,在量上慢慢提高,说穿了就是玩的心态,打乒乓,打网球就是跟朋友玩,爬山也算吧。只有游泳是自己真正地独自享受在水里的感觉。
可惜我是旱鸭子,再加上实在不喜欢室内游泳池药水味。要不然游泳是个好运动。能获得健美体型。
所以如果光游泳,我肯定是要长肉肉的
