呈固态,这基本上讲就是饱和脂肪酸,所以要吃固体状态下的油,就不要用加工后的,加工后的往往含有transfer fat,既便说明上注明含量很少,老师告诉我们,不要信。所以我要用就直接用动物身上的油脂,各种在常温下呈固态的加工后的东西,再说的天花乱坠,我也回避。各人之见,不是专家。
这次就多加了一条,注意食用油里的添加剂。 其实,注意避免化学提取的转基因食用油,也基本上避免了添加剂。
