去年给父母从国内申请绿卡，130批准转NVC递交材料一切都很顺利。去年年底父母过来过圣诞结果疫情爆发回不去一直留到现在。中途根据律师的建议递交了485转身份。现在485的收据迟迟没有拿到，而NVC那边通知所有材料通过下一步等待广州领事馆通知签证。请问这种情况应该咋办呀？

-How long since you sent out the I-485 application? If it is a few weeks (less than two months), then it is normal.
而NVC那边通知所有材料通过下一步等待广州领事馆通知签证。请问这种情况应该咋办呀？
-Reply to NVC that your parents have filed I-485 application for adjustment of status within US, and ask NVC to stop processing their case there.
USCIS have no money and some employees are on furlough. So, just be patient.
NVC needs to "return" the visa to USCIS so that USCIS can process it.
