现在有些工作是Hybrid, 有些除了第一天 on-site, 其余时间全部远程。这种情况下你上面的社交还会有效吗?
是啥、谁负责啥,时间进度,大体路径。
会后发邮件确认(summarize 会议精神和讨论结果),派活。
然后各自去完成自己的工作。定期视频会碰头更新进度。
工作经验,和为人处事的经验不足。

外甥女在一家银行做软件开发合同工,她工作热情高,能力强,好学,但经验少,待人处事不圆滑。
最近两天,情绪低落,一问,才知: 她自己这两周的活干完了,别人要求帮忙,结果别人直接把干不下去的烂摊子交给她,她不会拒绝,就早去晚归的给人干完,结果功劳是人家的,她也没计较。 昨天双周课题总结验收,她自己的一个task 她曾一周前就让 tech lead 和 stake holder review,后者很满意,建议可以演示,结果 tech lead 之前不回复,现在又提出要加好多新的 功能features, 本来只有 1 point 的 Task, 根据新要求,至少要 3 points. 而且态度极为挑剔,似乎外甥女故意少干活没完成任务。 她倒是不介意多干活,但是对tech lead 的对人区别对待很不舒服,而且新加功能也不是加几个小时的班就能做完的。 本来每周分配任务前,所分配的 task 都由全组一起根据task的难易程度进行打分,容易的一分,随难度递增。她同组有个女的开发员,比外甥女去组里早了三四年,她把容易的task self assign 给自己,然后全组給打一分儿的task,她找各种理由变成 3points.
