跟我说已经开始跌了,但也看地段的,她估计不会跌到08年那样,说主要是股票大跌造成的。不过我觉得如果湾区有大批裁员的话,那些当初利用低利率贷款很多的话会有风险。
我感觉不会有前两次那么大的跌幅。

以前PIP还不常见,自打烙印呼秧呼秧地爬上来以后,PIP就变成常规了。

正常裁人一般公司会给一个package,但是如果你要是表现不好,裁你就没有package,而且很可能也拿不到失业救济。有些公司玩的游戏就是先给你一个PIP,然后就说你被裁是因为你表现不好。
基本上没有仍何用处。我曾经有一个马来西亚华人老板,后来关系很好了。他给我网开一面,他说我们公司要求必须提前两周给被裁员工通知。看在我和他的关系,他说,如果有事,他愿意提前4周告诉我,这样我就有更多的时间在公司内外找事,但是条件是,如果在这4周内,他又找到了新的contract或者任务,我必须答应他继续留在他手下干。我这样干过几次,结果把公司其他部门的老板得罪了(我答应了别人,后来又留下不去了),最后吃了亏。
