Can you help me understand what does it really mean?

I am working on a small ticket, I asked somebody a few questions, then I got this message:

"Also no need to bother me. We get questions all the time from devs that are working on larger projects".

What does it really mean? He desn't want me to bother him? Is it very rude to say that?

这人英语是母语吗？ 有可能两个相反的意思， 如果这个人平时就不友好的话，

 那是嫌你问的太多， 但他也有可能是说“不麻烦， 平时其他项目大的人来问的多的呢， 你这不算事” 第二个可能的前提是这人英语不是母语

你的问题如果问的太细小，也许他说的是还有其他人可以问，不必问他，他已经有很多人问他关于更大的项目的问题。

这样俺老板就知道可不是俺自己搞不定来烦他的，是对方说俺老板知道的
I only care what my manager thinks. I have showed my leadership skill and my persistence in front of him so my job is done. LOL. Do you think I really care about the work? 哈哈哈，no way! 我只是在我老板面前假装认真并能独立解决问题，一直以来效果很好

事实上对方肯定不会这么说，因为他与我老板不是同级，绝无此胆

他和楼主没关系，不在一组，这应该是老板和老板之间的对等交流

对方这么有底气地回复，很可能也有老板的支持。还是应该采取xiaoxiao的建议，先礼节性退一步咨询一下老板为好，

不要去计较这些词语，毕竟是你寻求他人帮助，最终目的是解决自己工作上的问题。

If Vievie did not clarify the ticket, the ticket would not be solved/implemented. Since vievie asked him, obviously it's his group submitted the ticket or his group needed the ticket to be done.

I am in Dev, He is a BA. He is indeed very busy, but the description in the ticket is missing a lot of info and I didn't quite understand it. So, I asked a few questions to avoid having to ask him later on. 

I think in gerenal he is pretty nice. That's why I am kind of supprised seeing that sentence.  I'll just ingore it and don't let it bother me any more.

It's his job to give a clear description. 如果Dev 绕过BA直接talk to business users, 他连job 都难保，Is that what he wants? BA本就是一个可有可无的extra layer. When we have budget cuts , we usually cut BAs and PMs.
