老蓬反执政党不是人民
挺能干，这十年两届任期给Purdue干了好多实事，他因为做过谅解印州州长，所以political connection 多，好办事。两届期满了，也该下来了，给年轻人让一下位置了。
但不好的地方是由于预算少而导致宿舍拥挤, 学生食堂伙食质量差, 女儿说疫情期间及之后学校换了餐饮公司找了给监狱提供食品的公司做他们的食堂生意，好在孩子不在学校吃了。还有就是他说了不少controversial话，譬如美国生育力下降都是因为女生上大学的结果等等。我不喜欢他还有一个原因是每年的毕业典礼都是校长发言, 从来不请guest speakers, 女儿是这是普渡的传统。anyway，红州的某些做法我不太能理解。哈哈哈
我个人挺喜欢他的，能力挺强，也比较务实。至于政治观点，是萝卜白菜，各有所爱，不碍事就行。

Purdue是比较低调务实的学校，和身处大农村玉米地的位置挺相符的，工程一直名列前茅，排名上升也是在有序的一步一步上升，没有跳跃过。
我在的时候，航空工程，工业工程什么的都是排第一的，不太了解现在具体的排名。
