本科sign on bonus, FB去年有拿十万的,股票四年有二十万的,估计return offer的会高些
极少数intern期间表现特别好的sign on bonus 拿到的多一些,大多数return offer跟楼主说的一样。
楼主贴的数字很真实,如果是top performer最后拿到手的确实不止10%,另外就是每年的refresh不一样。
