Yesterday, I did an unofficial ironman! On my ninth birthday, we did an unofficial Ironman with 90 meters of swimming, 9 miles of biking, and run 9 minutes. And then we went and got 9 flavors of ice cream and It was the best birthday ever.
Yesterday, I did pretty much the same thing, but with 11, cause of my 11th birthday. So, we did 110 meters swimming, 11 mile bike ride, then 11 minute run, and 11 flavors of ice cream!!!!! 11 WHOLE FLAVORS! Creamy, decadent, goodness. Yum!

让我终身受益。她自己以身作则，给我树立了榜样。
最近我有个同事，五十出头了，开始学游泳。很多人不理解，但是我理解她。特别是她对我说，自从她开始学会自由泳以后，她的两个已经上医学院的孩子，对她突然有了不同的尊重，共同语言也多了起来。
不管什么时候，与其说要娃变成什么样，不如自己做起来。
业成功了，生活越容易幸福。拿着大把的钞票，啥爱好都方便啊。
