手册是按经验出来的，表是按发动机水温转速运转时间油门开度这些发动机的工况算出来的，工况越恶劣就要越早换，这个计算应该分不出来是普通油还是合成油。
我那个大众也没变速箱油标尺，还是在70k mile换了。
第一次换没经验，安装手册说的，把车抬高在水平位置（这个DIY的是很有难度，除非你有lift）， 把油放了， 发动车， 监控变速箱温度，在40 c度是，赶紧在50 c度前把变速箱油灌进去！！！想想那是多么手忙脚乱啊。40 到50度是很快的哦。
后来想通，没必要那么搞，都不用什么水平位置，都不用什么发动车温度，放多少油，叫多少进去！
