22350. No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is reasonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property.
高速路旁有最高限速，比如70等，今天叫的出租车，在高速上按标准限速行驶，结果，和所有同方向行驶的车渐行渐远，因为那些车都大概在开8，90，甚至更快速度。我没遇到过在高速上这样开车的，看了一阵后忍不住对司机说，不能开快点吗？答：我按规矩开，不管别人怎么开，我不想吃罚单。我说，那所有车都超速，怎么不怕被罚呢？我刚来的出租车和别的车就开差不多的速度啊，你开这么慢，我不得多付费了吗？司机说我有米表啊，付费和时间没关联，但随后他却又补充说速度和时间两者决定费用。结果我在这个出租车的服务下，同样距离给多付了十多刀。虽然应遵守交通法规，但我不希望再坐这司机的车了。到底是司机有问题，还是应该随大流才是正确的开车车速呢？
