The district attorney probably would think it is not a good way to spend public resources in prosecuting your tenant.

now eviction case at court was tenant her name ( she move out three month ago), after her son break window in and occupy the house now.

楼主也是要走法律程序，光明正大， 不是捅刀子。租户一家自己不地道，你作为一个旁人， 你站在哪一边？
房東可以依法求償，也可以依法驅逐，這兩點樓主做的並不手軟，但是樓現在主要的是讓這家人再也租不到房子，這是趕盡殺絕的作為，這點老貓不能接受。
