糖馓 又名团馓。多于秋后制作。取糯米蒸熟,压成薄薄的圆饼,绘上字样。置于火中烘干或晒干。其食用方法有二:一是油炸。将糖馓置于茶油锅中酥炸,使之膨胀。既可干吃,亦可加蜂糖冲开水吃;二是烹煮。将糖馓放入锅中,加水煮熟,再放上油、煎鸡蛋、胡椒粉等,是妇女生小孩后的营养饮食。
