问个语法问题，A lake of tears 到底是第三人称单数还是复数？ 主语本意是指Lake， 但是，从语法角度说，也可以理

理解为

tears 为主语

a lake of 做量词

谢了。诗词，与音乐密不可分。我写文字，跟这音乐韵律走的。算不上诗人啦。这个摊子有不少英文大牛，真的是诗人。

我猜应该是singular，因为tear不是一个collective noun。

如果是 a group of people，people 是个 collective noun，后面的动词singular 或 plural 都可以。 a group of students go / goes | WordReference Forums

音乐悠远神秘空灵，让人陷入沉思。第一次看到作曲家还能写诗，诗的意境和原创音乐互相呼应，写得真好！才华横溢！
