The business case for RoboTaxi Tesla future stock price...
They are all driven by the service margin. Today Tesla margin is only 16-19% as a car company, if they want to be a $3T or $5T company, they must have a product with 30% margin at minimal.
So, I dont see Tesla giving up rideshare service easily and give it to UBER.
This is why Elon always wants to license Tesla Software to other car OEMs (let them keep low margin car making business), but has not engaged UBER talk aggressively
But Uber does have customer base. So we will have to see how much better Tesla can offer and whether this is a brand new market they are creating, or just the same old (in which case Uber will win)

If you want to create generational wealth, you must have a differentiated product which defines a new market.
Apple did this with IPhone Google did this with Search Amazon did this with e-commerce Meta did this with social networksAnd now we have to watch closely if Tesla can do this, all these short term stock price movements are just noise.
of ppl
generational wealth 是指迈入上层社会的财富积累
When first IPhone was introduced on stage by Steve, majority of people laughed at it as being a bulk heavy brick in your pocket
When first book was sold on Amazon.com, majority of people laughed at Jeff to turn from a banker into a book salesperson
Just think about it.....
