一楼房客说喉咙痛鼻子痛，可能要住旅馆，还要测mold，如果高了就要求mold remediation。本来想自己掏钱修，没打算报保险，因为有$2500 deductible，买了十几年从来没用过，这几年保费还每年涨15-30%。
