我是因为草坪已经死了，HOA要求我们更换草坪，所以才让租客浇水。我们换了新草坪以后，如果再不浇水，很快又会死掉，到时候又要重新铺草、又被HOA找麻烦，代价更大。
我并不是无缘无故要求他们浇水。结果现在水费特别高，是因为租客自己打开了一个本来不该打开的阀门。这个阀门打开以后，即使没有人在浇水，水也会一直流，造成了浪费。
所以我觉得这笔费用不应该由我承担。租客现在反而说是“因为我让他们浇水”，才有了这笔水费，完全忽略了是他们误操作导致水不断流的事实。
根据合同，租客付责草坪维护。佛州草坪不浇水就会死掉，我们出租房子之前的草坪一直维护的很好，因为我们有sprinkler自动浇水系统。租客租了房子以后，就把sprinkler关掉了。结果草坪全死了。我们就把草坪重新铺了新的，因为如果不换草坪的话，HOA就会罚我们钱。换了草坪以后，必须浇水，否则草坪还会死。
1770元是驱逐前没缴满的租金，驱逐不用退。但是驱逐立案后你就不能接受租金了。具体如何不接受租金，你自己zelle／zillow怎么搞，你自己去想。以前设立这些技术就要想到万一驱逐如何停止接受付款。
不建议走一步看一步地自己摸索。当然，你自己决定。
铺草坪要花过千吧，还在乎这630。
如果草坪死的责任不清，你这么一口咬定与你无关，是会激起房客的反感。
驱逐时，法官也会这么考虑。
