先用腻子把破损处填平，抹平， 再用砂纸磨平，抛光，然后油漆。 油管上有很多如何修理此类旧柜子的视频， 一看就知道了。
修一修就好， 无需换新。

to a lao mo girl, she is ABM tho, she is a teacher, very good tenant.
this, rent is lower than market, and she is very nice lady.
