三千元小事一桩啦。雇律师都不值得。自己看合同,有什么漏洞。卖方如果有一丁点骨气,基本上不会主动给你退款的。他手里拿到钱,你对他一点办法都没有。
如果你认为卖方有什么广告打错了,可能稍微有一点点戏,但是三千元真是不值得请律师。
