还是几个月前的事情,屋顶被冰雹打坏后就报了保险。safeco保险的adjuster来看后说每片shingle必须有被冰雹达到7个点还是多少的才赔付。结果一算先来总共也只能赔个6千多,先给了张1千七的支票, 其他的要修好了再付。6千多显然不够换整个屋顶的,只换掉被冰雹打坏那些shingle也好像意义不大,毕竟只是外观损害,屋顶也十几年了。现在我该怎么办?换掉整个屋顶我自己得贴1万多,不换吧就只能拿个一千七的支票。而且拿了支票不修会不会有什么后果?请各位大佬帮我出出主意。

他的出租屋被被风吹倒了的大树砸了,阳台全部损坏了。保险公司赔了若干银子(我不知道具体数目)。
但是,朋友准备搬家过来,要重新大装修这个房子后自住,所以没有修阳台。
不过,我们那天骑车路过他家(房客已搬出),看到阳台周围新钉了一圈儿木栅栏,就问朋友是怎么回事儿。
朋友说,保险公司(大概派人来查看过了)来邮件威胁说如果他不在某月某日之前修理阳台,会要回赔偿银子。
所以他就自己钉了那圈儿栅栏,把保险公司对付过去。
好像他是成功了。
