公司的401K也可以开brokeragelink 账户，自己管理应该没有费用

不能孤立看，你要看看是否能拿到基金发的dividend, 有些退休计划不明说收费，但是投资人拿不到dividend.

你这个还算是透明的。当然，你可以打听一下是否现在就转出部分到IRA, 叫做 in service withdrawal.  以降低成本。
